'All in the MInd?' - The four-fold human being. 'Mapping' the soul. The stream from the past. The stream from the future. Consciousness. Our everyday self and our enduring I. Karma. Threading memories together.

UNIT TEN:

Growing Up - Adulthood. Transformation and ripening of our 'Sentient', Intellectual-Mind' and 'Spiritual' or 'Consciousness' Soul qualities. Evolution of human consciousness. Preparing for the future - 'Spiritual Self', 'Life Spirit' and 'Spiritman'.

'gETTING INVOLVED' - Exploring the world through thinking. Strengthening our willing within thinking balanced by feeling. Observing and intuitively investigating the essence of something. The everyday gift of conversation.

'A NEW CONVERSATION' - Alliance between our physical and soul-spirit development. Developing a new 'wisdom of the elders'. Sense-bound to sense-free thinking. Concentration, contemplation and meditation. Life as moral activity.

'THE HIDDEN WINDOW' - Anxiety and fear in the modern world. Holding attention and attention 'deficit'. Boredom and its connection to our life of memory, desires and our enduring I. What is fear?

 

UNIT SIXTEEn:

'The Blind Window' - Habits. Habits and experience. Conventional theories. Habit and memory.Habit formation and re-formation. The Alexander Technique. Habitual thinking and common sense.

 

UNIT SEVENTEEN:

THE LAND OF SERENDIPITY' - Karma, fate,  serendipity and synchronicity. The 'present ever moment' within the interplay of our four 'body streams'. Tableaux memory', Deja vu and dreams. Becoming a sagacious Serendiptian.

 

UNIT EIGHTEEN:

'THROUGH THE WINDOW' - Lifestyle programmes, optimism and pessimism, positivity and negativity. Forgetting and forgiving. Strengthened willing - some pitfalls. What is conscience? The everyday gift of conscience.
