'A NEW CONVERSATION' - Alliance between our physical and soul-spirit development. Developing a new 'wisdom of the elders'. Sense-bound to sense-free thinking. Concentration, contemplation and meditation. Life as moral activity.

'The Blind Window' - Habits. Habits and experience. Conventional theories. Habit and memory.Habit formation and re-formation. The Alexander Technique. Habitual thinking and common sense.

 

UNIT SEVENTEEN:

THE LAND OF SERENDIPITY' - Karma, fate,  serendipity and synchronicity. The 'present ever moment' within the interplay of our four 'body streams'. Tableaux memory', Deja vu and dreams. Becoming a sagacious Serendiptian.

 

UNIT EIGHTEEN:

'THROUGH THE WINDOW' - Lifestyle programmes, optimism and pessimism, positivity and negativity. Forgetting and forgiving. Strengthened willing - some pitfalls. What is conscience? The everyday gift of conscience.
